With a total budget of 196 crores,It is said to be the biggest ever indian movie.Robo is said to be Shankar's dream project,due to inadequate resources the progress in shooting was delayed by years.its going to be released with 2000 prints hitting 300 screens outside India making it the largest worldwide release after spiderman.Music is expected to be a magnificent launch on july 31 in Malaysia conducted by HBO.Shankar is a man of high caliber as we know in past watching his movies kept us under wraps. Rajnikanth plays both hero and villain in the movie.In order to differentiate his voice as protagonist and antagonist,he has modulated his voice to a greater extent.Set to release in august with the promotion of movie being released in july.Music is by A R Rahman an icon in the world of cinematic scoring and who has redefined contemporary Indian music.Movie is about a college professor(superstar) who's an expert in churning out more robots as required by the government.Our superstar successfully endeavors through and output is none other than rajni himself.Robotic rajni now lets out so romantically on Aishwarya Rai whose a college student as well as student of rajni.Robot goes Dashed down when Aish runs away from romantic torture and turns violently.Controlling it turns out to be a hectic task,but with the help of the college students and advanced technology new Robo will be created similar to the old one which will control the violence.The old one will be destroyed and new one will be preserved for future protection of mankind and starting point of Robotic inventions.The shooting took place in colleges like SSN,VIT etc.
